MSUST.exe is a self-extracting file that contains the following ASCII 
comma delimited files and a copy of this file. In order to perform 
search and queries on this data, you will need to import these files 
into a database. All major data base packages include file import and 
export capabilities. Please refer to the documentation that accompanies 
your database for the procedure to import a comma delimited ASCII file. 
File contains summary information from the Mississippi Department of 
Environmental Quality (MDEQ) Underground Storage Tank's database.

After downloading the file to your hard drive, initiate the UST 
database and instructions by executing the MSUST.exe file (this is an 
executable program).  You may also choose to download the MSUST.zip 
file and unzip the file using WinZip. Either will produce four files 
MSUST.TXT (the database structures), DOWOWN.txt (the Owner database) 
DOWNLOC.txt (the Facility database), and DOWNTANK (the tank database).
