enDx – electronic Environmental Data Exchange – a web-based application that supports the following electronic submissions:
- Notice of Intents (NOIs) for coverage under the General Permit for construction activity which regulates storm water runoff at construction sites greater than 5 acres.
- Baseline Storm Water Inspection Report and Certification Form, required under the Baseline Storm General Permit
- Updates to facility information on file at MDEQ. The system allows regulated industry to view their facility data on file at MDEQ and submit modifications to that data.
MDEQ has piloted these applications with the Mississippi Department of Transportation and industries regulated by the Environmental Permits Division Energy Branch.
