ECED Municipal Branch

Oversees all water compliance associated with Municipal facilities
Oversees domestic wastewater compliance not identified in the Water I and Water II Branches including, but not limited to, mobile home site operators (6515), subdividers and developers (6552), trailer parks and campsites (7033), elementary and secondary Schools (8211), and religious organizations (8661)
Closely coordinates with applicable ECED, EPD, and Waste Division contacts as needed
Issues Notices of Violation (NOVs)
Handles informal enforcement actions and prepares recommendations for referral to Enforcement Branch for formal enforcement
