Visitor parking is located in the North parking lot which is across the street from the building. Metered parking is also available on President St.

From I-55 take the Woodrow Wilson Drive exit. Continue west to the traffic light at North West Street and turn right. The building is on the left next to Mississippi Industries for the Blind and Mississippi Veterans Memorial Stadium is across the street. Call ahead (601-354-6328) as the building is kept locked.

Take I-20 east from Jackson to exit 52 (Jackson International Airport exit ) and continue south on Highway 475 to the first right, which is Old Whitfield Road. Go about two miles, and the building is located just before the State Fire Academy. The Laboratory and the Central Regional Office are adjacent buildings.

From I-10 take Exit 46A to I-110 South. Cross over Biloxi Back Bay bridge and take exit 1D (first exit after bridge). Turn right (west) off exit ramp onto Bayview Ave. Continue west on Bayview Ave., through a 4-way stop, and the Bolton State Office Building is on the left (south) side of Bayview Ave.
From Highway 90 turn north on Porter Avenue (at lighthouse) to deadend at Bayview Ave. Turn left (west), go through four-way stop, Bolton State Office Building is on the left (south) side of Bayview Ave.
North Regional Office

From Oxford, travel east on Highway 6 (towards Pontotoc) approximately three miles, and there is a water tower on the right. Turn right onto the next county road (CR 413) after the water tower. The North Regional Office is the first driveway on the right.
